WHAT YOU WILL DO

Recruitment & Onboarding: Handling the entire recruitment cycle, from job postings to

interviews and onboarding new employees.

• HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems,

administering benefits programs, and preparing HR reports.

• Policy & Compliance: Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and

procedures, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor law.

• Employee Relations: Supporting employee relations activities, addressing inquiries, and resolving

conflicts.

• Training & Development: Coordinating training and development programs for employees.

• Performance Management: Assisting with performance management processes.

• HR Projects: Contributing to HR projects and initiatives.

• HR Best Practices: Staying up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.

WHO YOU WILL BE

  • Implement the recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries and resolving conflicts.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.

  • Assist with performance management processes.

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

  • Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.

HOW YOU WILL FIT

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

  • • 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.

  • • Understanding of Egyptian labor law.

  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • • Very good in English.
